Alpha is an informal, open, and friendly environment where people come together to explore their beliefs and learn about the Christian faith for 11 weeks.
Each night includes hanging out over a free meal, watching a video, and being in a small group where you can share any thoughts, doubts, or hopes you have. You can be yourself, say what you think, challenge everything; no question is too complex or too simple.
Whether you (and any guests you invite) are exploring the Christian faith for the first time, hoping to connect with others to talk about deeper issues of life, or looking to grow in your faith,
Alpha is a great fit. In a world where it can feel controversial or combative to bring up religion and spirituality, it's cool to have spaces like this where people can both speak freely, learn from each other, and be respected.
Where: Christian Fellowship Assembly (11449 92St, Grande Prairie, AB)
When: Wednesday nights from 6 to 8:30pm, starting March 12 and ending May 28, 2024.
Who: For anyone, regardless of their beliefs, upbringing, and experiences! Consider inviting a friend, family member, neighbour, classmate, coworker, acquaintance, etc.
