GPRC Campus Recreation and the Heart & Stroke Foundation are combining efforts to host a fun and interactive event to promote and create awareness for Physical and Mental Health on campus.
This childhood activity is coming to GPRC as a fun reminder of the many ways we can maintain healthy and active lifestyles even with those busy schedules.
The Jump Rope event – College Edition – has numerous ways to have fun and will quickly become a favourite people look forward to each year.
Enter to win multiple prizes by participating in some easy-going to challenging exercises!

-Jump Rope Activities (timed, # of rotations, etc.)

-Jump Off Contest - Donate to Enter
Also enjoy a Pie in the Face Contest: enter your name for a chance to throw a pie at one of the participating GPRC instructors/staff members
The cost to participate is FREE, but donations for the Heart & Stroke Foundation are encouraged!
