Nitehawk Year-Round Adventure Park is excited to present our Summer Mountain Bike Race series, featuring a different style of downhill race each month from June - September.
June 14 - Season Opener - This event will be run as a BRACKET RACE event. Two (2) practice runs per participant, then on your third (3rd) run guess your time based on your first two runs. The participant closest to their "guessed time" in each age category, without going faster, wins.
July 12 - Bring out your downhill ride (DH or Hardtail) and race against others in your age category. This event will be run as a DOWNHILL RACE event.
August 9 - This event will be run as an ENDURO RACE event. Put your skills to the test with both timed downhill and untimed uphill sections of the course.
September 13 - This event will be run as a HEAD TO HEAD RACE event. Racers will be paired up and race each other and the clock with one racer descending Grogu and the other on This Is The Way. Ride the Easy Loop back to the top for Leg 2 of your race on the opposite run. Placement will be based on your combined time for the 2 legs.
All racers will receive a unique participation medal, with the top 3 overall racers receiving a placement tag to add to their medal.
